Confirming your email
You will receive an email from KickTown asking to verify your email address. You will be asked to click a link, upon clicking you will be redirected to a page. You will now be able to go back to the app as a member of the KickTown club.

Resetting your password
Open the KickTown app. On the login screen, click “I already have an account”.  Proceed to click “Forgot password”.  Here you can enter the email of your KickTown account. You will then receive an email with instructions to change your password.  To get back to the login screen, logout of your app via the app menu.

Deleting your account
Open the KickTown app. Remove your account by going to “Account settings”.  Next click “Delete account”.  A prompt will ask you to confirm you are happy to delete your account with your password. Upon clicking “Delete account” your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Adding a player to your KickTown account
Open the KickTown app. Add a player by navigating to “Account settings”. Click “Add a new player” and follow the on-screen instructions. Note you will need a Kickband to associate a new player.  Read more about the club here and how to get started.

Removing a player from your KickTown account
Open the KickTown app. Remove a player by navigating to your “Account settings”. Click the player name you wish to remove. Confirm you wish to delete this player with your account password.

Adding a friend to your KickTown account
Open the KickTown app. Add a friend by navigating to “Friends” screen. Click the “+ ” button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Removing a friend from your KickTown account
Open the KickTown app. Remove a friend by navigating to your “Friends” screen. Next to the friend name you wish to remove, click the “Remove” button.


Adding a KickBand for the first time. 
Open the KickTown app. Follow the register steps in the KickTown app and when prompted to scan your KickBand, follow the on screen instructions. Failing to scan your KickBand, you can register your KickBand manually by finding the code on the inner side of the KickBand.

Deactivating a KickBand from your KickTown Account
Open the KickTown app. Remove your KickBand by going to “Account settings” and clicking “Deactivate KickBand”.  A prompt will ask you to confirm you are happy to deactivate your KickBand with your password. Upon clicking “Deactivate KickBand” your KickBand will no longer work.

Do I need to sign a disclaimer to take part?
Yes, you do. All those who wish to take part must sign our disclaimer. There are no exceptions. This can be done when you check in at reception at the arena.

Is there an age limit?
There is no upper age limit, but you have to be at least 7 years old to take part.

What do I need to wear?
There are not strict rules about what to wear but we recommend you are comfortable in order to make the most of your session. Clean, supportive footwear is also recommended.

What are the opening hours?
Our opening hours vary depending on the day and time. Please check the booking page to check the times for the day you are interested in. If you are trying to plan in advance check our booking calendar download here.

Can I bring food?
The KickTown Arena is a food and drink free zone.

Do I need to bring anything?
Bring you KickBand and your booking confirmation. You will not be allowed to attend your session without these.

Do I have to pay for each challenge?
Each session takes half an hour and allows you access to all the challenges within the arena. Depending on how busy it is you should get a go on every challenge.

Where do I buy my tickets?
We recommend you book your tickets in advance online to ensure availability. You will also be able to buy tickets at the front desk, however availability for walk-ins is limited at peak times.

Are the tickets refundable?
No. Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. Please be sure of the date and time you select before you purchase your tickets. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time.

What happens if I am late to my booked session time?
Your session starts on time, with or without you. We cannot guarantee that you can rebook to a later slot. If we are at full capacity you will lose the time you are late and only have whatever time you have left of your half hour session that was booked.
